I would like to know what you can tell me in relation to co-q 10 and hair growth? Have you used it with any results? Im thinking of using the gelcaps and just opening them up and applying on scalp. Do you think this would be beneficial? I cant seem to find on the net how it works topically Thx

Coq10 is a great supplement for your heart. It's one of the few supps that docs believe that there are benefits. For your scalp? Never hears of any benefits but I am curious to hear more about it.
