According to Dr. Trachy, "We certainly are not considering this a primary therapy for hairloss.   We're not looking at it as a competition to propecia or to future drugs by Glaxo.   But we're looking at is an adjunct, as a nutritive factor that can help to improve the actual hair growth environment."   ProCyte hasn't announced a firm date to release the product, but they are expecting to release Tricomin as this year.  They will release several products, including a shampoo, a conditioner, a conditioning shampoo, a scalp conditioning gel, and a nutritional spray.

While it doesn't look like Tricomin is the second coming for those of us looking to grow hair, it definitely looks like the results are as good or better as regular Minoxidil, and maybe it will work synergistically with Minoxidil and Propecia.  We'll probably have to wait and see.
